PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payment via PayPal and Klarna available. When you place an order with us online, all the information you input is subject to an encrypted link that adheres to the SSL standard, ensuring your personal data is safe and secure at all times. Charges will appear as “NWX Ltd” on your credit card statement.
Whilst we aim to ensure that all prices on this website are correct, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or alternatively canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled and immediately issue a full refund.
Dispatch and Delivery
Where possible we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Should any item be out of stock or if a delay is anticipated, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. Please note that 3pm is the cut off for next day delivery, orders placed after that time are shipped the following day. Certified products can take up to 5 working days for dispatch.
Deliveries to UK addresses are normally dispatched via our patners DHL or Royal Mail on a selected services.
Please Note: Delivery to any address other than the registered card holder’s billing address is at our discretion. We may also conduct security checks to confirm the validity of the details you have supplied.
BlackVue UK makes every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frames, however, occasional delays are unfortunately inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
BlackVue UK assumes the risk and liability for any damage to goods during transportation, until you or someone appointed by you has taken physical possession of the goods. If, regardless of the reason, you choose to return the goods, you assume the risk and liability for any damage to the goods during the transportation of the return goods until BlackVue UK has taken physical possession. We therefore recommend that where possible you always use the original packaging and cartons for the return of goods.
Our products carry a one year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated. Media (SD Cards) carry a six months warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty period starts when the product is delivered to the customer and ends after the desired warranty period. However, the warranty is invalidated if the product is repaired, altered, or modified by a third party not authorised by BlackVue UK, or if the serial number has been removed or tampered with. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance. Additionally, this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at BlackVue UK’s discretion, and any costs incurred for transportation or removal of a product are not covered by this Limited Warranty. BlackVue UK is in no event liable for any indirect or consequential losses or claims from any third party, or loss of profit, irrespective of whether such losses are direct or indirect.
If your purchase proves to be faulty within the warranty period, please contact us by telephone (01555 709729) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can make arrangements for your product to be tested and replaced.
